We are a successful and well-established advisery business with head offices in Earls Colne, just outside of Colchester in Essex.
We have big plans for growth, and as such, we always have job opportunities for advisers covering a wide range of specialisms and disciplines.

To join our team, you must:
- Be part or fully diploma qualified
- Have an existing client bank
- Be experienced in mortgage planning and placement, general insurance and/or full financial planning
- Want to provide personal and or corporate financial planning services to UK-based clients
- Be capable of adhering to the highest industry standards and operating in a regulated environment
WHY WORK FOR US?
AIC Financial Ltd believes in providing a personal service that’s delivered by real people. Unlike many advisery businesses, we adopt this principle throughout our thinking; our advisers ‘own’ and service their own clients, resulting in long-standing relationships that are based on trust and loyalty.
We do provide support, structure, and service standards for all of our team to follow, but crucially, we respect the relationship between the client and the individual adviser as paramount. This means that if you decide to leave AIC Financial Ltd, you will be free to keep your clients as you wish.
We offer comprehensive support packages and incentives, including:
- Competitive contracts (covering fee, commission, and combination remuneration), providing our advisers with monthly earnings pitched to be above market averages
- Training and continuing professional development opportunities
- A ‘Business Assurance’ service to ensure all required service standards are maintained
- Paraplanning support, especially for headache paperwork cases, like pension transfers
- Marketing assistance to help our advisers grow their client banks
